  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No, however, most of our clients choose to enroll in our year-round maintenance program. This plan involves a mutual agreement between you and our team for the types of services and frequency at which they will be provided, a predetermined monthly retainer fee, and a designated service period with an annual renewal date. We offer financial incentives to our customers that enroll in our program.

  • I am a first-time home buyer. Is it okay to try "Do It Yourself" projects?

    It is always best to have a professional maintain your property because they have the experience and tools necessary to keep your new investment in tip-top shape.


    If "DIY" projects are something that you are interested in, we recommend having a lawn care specialist complete an initial assessment of your property and grounds prior to beginning any new project(s). This keeps both you, and your property, safe.

  • How frequently should I clean out my gutters?

    Depending on the tree count within the general proximity of your gutters, we recommend clearing them out at least every three (3) months. Regular maintenance, particularly in densely wooded areas, would require cleaning out your gutters once a month.

  • Do you work with property managers?

    Yes, we do. Many of the property managers that we work with count on us for regularly maintaining their grounds all year long. We have helped leasing agents during the transitional period between tenants as well as ensuring their current tenants are meeting all HOA regulations throughout their lease.
